Local call-outs from £50 for jobs up to 50 minutes. Van and driver £40/hour within 10 miles; van with 1 man helping £70/hour or 2 men helping £90/hour, with a 2-hour minimum on hourly bookings. After the first 4 hours, assisted rates drop by £10/hour for the remaining time. For local journeys up to 100 miles, the first 10 miles are included; only the miles beyond the first 10 are charged at £3/mile. For journeys over 100 miles, £3/mile applies to all journey miles, plus one attendance fee: £60 for driver-only transport without help, £150 with 1 helper at pickup and drop-off, or £280 with 2 helpers. A helper attendance fee replaces the £60 driver-only fee; it is not added on top. Confirm the full quote before booking.
Yes, a two-hour minimum on hourly bookings, which covers most single-item and studio jobs comfortably. After that we are fair on time. Single items and marketplace pickups can be quoted as a one-off fixed price instead.
Our vans are ULEZ-compliant, so the £12.50 daily charge is never passed on to you. The Congestion Charge (£18/day from January 2026) only applies if your move actually enters the central zone, which in our area means the western edge of E1 around Aldgate. We always tell you up front, and E3, E14 and E15 are outside the zone.
We are based in Canary Wharf E14 and cover E1 (Whitechapel, Aldgate, Spitalfields, Wapping), E3 (Bow, Mile End, Bromley-by-Bow), E14 (Canary Wharf, Poplar, Isle of Dogs, Limehouse) and E15 (Stratford, West Ham, Maryland), plus the surrounding East London postcodes and wider London on request.
Yes. We carry goods-in-transit cover up to £25,000 per load and public liability insurance, so your belongings and the buildings we work in are protected. Proof of cover is available on request for managed buildings in Canary Wharf and Stratford.
Everything from a single item to a three-bed home: studio, one and two-bed flat moves, house removals, office and business moves, student moves, and furniture or single-item delivery including eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree and IKEA collections.
Often yes. We work 7 days a week including evenings and weekends and hold slots for last-minute bookings. A same-day job booked before early afternoon usually clears the same day, subject to availability.
Yes. In Tower Hamlets (E1, E3, E14) we arrange the free moving-house bay suspension, in Newham (E15) we apply for a suspension with the required notice (up to 10 working days), and we book goods lifts and loading bays with concierges in the Canary Wharf and Stratford towers.
Yes, it is one of our specialities. We book the goods lift and loading-bay slot with your concierge, work to the building move-in window, protect lifts and communal areas, and bring proof of insurance for building management.
Yes. On West Ham home games and Olympic Park events, parking restrictions across Stratford and West Ham extend to 08:00 to 21:00. We check the calendar before every E15 booking so your move is not caught out.
Yes. We supply double-walled boxes, bubble wrap, paper and tape, and offer a full or part packing service. We can also dismantle and reassemble standard flat-pack beds and wardrobes.
Yes. We provide short and long-term storage to bridge a gap between tenancies or completion dates, and we handle the move in and out so you only lift once.
No deposit to book. You pay at the end of the move by card, cash or bank transfer. No membership and no surprise fees.
