These terms apply to all man and van and removals services provided by Foyez Removals. By booking with us you agree to them. They are written in plain English and are meant to be fair to both sides.

Our services

We provide man and van, house and flat removals, office moves, student and small moves, furniture and single-item delivery, and packing and storage across East London and the surrounding area.

Quotes and pricing

Local call-outs from £50 for jobs up to 50 minutes. Van and driver £40/hour within 10 miles; van with 1 man helping £70/hour or 2 men helping £90/hour, with a 2-hour minimum on hourly bookings. After the first 4 hours, assisted rates drop by £10/hour for the remaining time. For local journeys up to 100 miles, the first 10 miles are included; only the miles beyond the first 10 are charged at £3/mile. For journeys over 100 miles, £3/mile applies to all journey miles, plus one attendance fee: £60 for driver-only transport without help, £150 with 1 helper at pickup and drop-off, or £280 with 2 helpers. A helper attendance fee replaces the £60 driver-only fee; it is not added on top. Confirm the full quote before booking. Quotes are based on the information you give us. Parking, congestion charges and packing materials, where applicable, are confirmed separately before booking.

Bookings and payment

No deposit is required to book. Payment is due on completion of the work by card, cash or bank transfer. Hourly time starts when the crew arrives at the collection address.

Cancellations and changes

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking, so we can offer the slot to someone else. We will always try to be flexible, especially for genuine emergencies.

Insurance and liability

We carry goods-in-transit and public liability insurance. Cover applies to loss or damage caused in transit. We record any pre-existing damage at loading and do not insure pre-existing condition. High-value single items should be declared in advance so we can confirm cover.

For safety and legal reasons we cannot move certain items, including hazardous, flammable or illegal goods. We will let you know if anything on your list cannot be carried.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate details of the move, including access, floors and lift availability.
Keep valuables, documents and irreplaceable items with you rather than in the van.
Ensure items are ready to move at the booked time so hourly time is used efficiently.
Tell us where suspensions, permits or lift bookings are needed so we can arrange them.
