This policy explains how Foyez Removals ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you contact us or book a move. We are the data controller for the information you provide. If you have any questions, email admin@foyezremoval.co.uk.

What we collect

When you request a quote or book a move, by phone, WhatsApp, email or our website form, we may collect:

Your name and contact details (phone number, email address).
Move details (pickup and drop-off addresses or postcodes, property type, what is being moved, dates).
Any other information you choose to share with us about your move.

How we use it

We use your information to:

Prepare and send you a quote.
Arrange, carry out and follow up on your move.
Arrange parking suspensions and building access where you ask us to.
Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.

Our lawful bases are performance of a contract (to provide the service you request) and our legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries and run our business). We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it where necessary to deliver your move, for example with a local council when arranging a parking suspension, or a building's management when booking a goods lift. We may use trusted service providers (such as messaging and email tools) who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records only as long as needed for the service and for our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email admin@foyezremoval.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

Our website uses only the cookies needed to function. See our Cookie Policy for details.
